NO REFUND — GENERAL POLICY
All services and products provided by Haya Digital Craft are non-refundable once purchase is confirmed or work has commenced.
We strongly encourage reviewing the full service or product description before purchasing. If you are unsure whether a service is right for your business — book a free Clarity Call before purchasing.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS — NO REFUND
All digital products — including ebooks, guides, and playbooks — are non-refundable once purchased.
Digital products are delivered to your email immediately after purchase confirmation. If you do not receive your product within a reasonable time after purchase — contact us immediately at connect@hayadigitalcraft.com and it will be resent to you right away.
Non-delivery is not grounds for a refund. If you experience any issue receiving your product, reach out first and it will be resolved immediately.
QUICK SHOP SERVICES — NO REFUND
All services purchased through the Quick Shop are non-refundable once purchase is confirmed.
Quick Conversion Audit — 2-Hour Cancellation Window Only
Cancellation is accepted within 2 hours of purchase confirmation only.

✓ Cancellation after 2 hours of purchase confirmation — no refund issued
✓ Once work has commenced — no refund issued under any circumstance
PAID CONSULTATIONS — LIMITED CANCELLATION
The Strategy Session — 60 Minutes
Cancellation and refund is accepted under the following conditions only:
✓ Cancellation made more than 6 hours before the scheduled session — full refund issued
✓ Cancellation made less than 6 hours before the scheduled session — no refund issued
✓ No-show without prior notice — no refund issued
To cancel — written notice must be sent to [your contact email] before the 6-hour window closes.
PROJECT-BASED SERVICES — NO REFUND AFTER COMMENCEMENT
For all strategy, ecommerce development, copywriting, and project-based services:
Cancellation is accepted before work commences and before the down payment is processed.
Once the down payment is received and the project is confirmed — work has commenced and no refund will be issued for any amount paid — including in cases where the client chooses to cancel mid-project.
Work is considered commenced upon:
— Receipt of the agreed down payment — Written project confirmation sent to the client — Automated confirmation received by the client
If the client chooses to stop the project at any stage — no amount paid will be refunded. Any remaining unpaid instalments are due as agreed.
RESULTS & EXPECTATIONS
All marketing strategy, conversion optimisation, CRO, content strategy, and copywriting services are based on professional expertise, market research, and industry best practices.
Marketing results are influenced by factors outside of Haya Digital Craft's control — including market conditions, platform changes, client-side execution, and audience behaviour.
No specific result, revenue increase, or conversion improvement is guaranteed or implied.
