Every project, every deliverable, every client engagement at Haya Digital Craft receives the same level of attention, research, and strategic thinking. The work delivered is built on years of hands-on expertise, deep market research, and a genuine commitment to your business growth. Every recommendation is grounded in data, best practices, and professional experience — applied specifically to your business.
1. SERVICES & SCOPE
All services provided by Haya Digital Craft fall into two categories:
Strategy & Project-Based Services Shopify store development, conversion strategy, marketing strategy, content strategy, copywriting, B2B marketing, and all custom project engagements.
Digital Products & Consultations Online shop purchases including audits, guides, email sequences, scripts, landing page copy, and all consultation sessions.
The scope, deliverables, and timeline of every project-based service are confirmed in writing before work commences.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
Payments for project-based services are structured in agreed instalments — confirmed between both parties before work begins. The standard structure is:
— A non-refundable down payment to commence work — Remaining balance split across agreed milestones — Final payment before handover of deliverables
The exact instalment structure is agreed per project and confirmed in writing. All payments are due on the agreed dates. Delays in payment may affect project timelines accordingly.
All digital products and consultation sessions require full payment at the time of purchase.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation is accepted before the process begins.
For project-based services — cancellation is accepted before work commences and before the down payment is processed. Once the down payment is received and the project is confirmed in writing, the process has begun and cancellation is no longer accepted.
For digital shop products — cancellation is accepted before purchase confirmation is received. Once the automated purchase confirmation is received by the client, the process has begun and cancellation is no longer accepted.
For paid consultations — cancellation is accepted more than 6 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellation requests received less than 6 hours before the session are not accepted.
In all cases — once the process has begun, cancellation is not accepted and no refund will be issued.
4. REFUND POLICY
4.1 Digital Products — No Refund
All digital products purchased through the Haya Digital Craft online shop — including but not limited to website audits, solutions guides, email sequences, reels scripts, WhatsApp retention sequences, and landing page copy — are non-refundable.
Once purchase confirmation is received, the process has commenced and no refund will be issued under any circumstance.

4.2 Paid Consultations — Cancellation & Refund
Paid consultation sessions may be cancelled and refunded under the following conditions:
✓ Cancellations made more than 6 hours before the scheduled session — a full refund will be issued
✓ Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled session — no refund will be issued
✓ No-shows without prior cancellation — no refund will be issued
To cancel a session, written notice must be sent to [your contact email] before the 6-hour window.
4.3 Project-Based Services — No Refund After Commencement
For all strategy, Shopify, copywriting, and project-based services — any amount paid is non-refundable once work has commenced.
Work is considered commenced upon:
— Receipt of the agreed down payment — Written confirmation of project scope sent to the client — Automated confirmation received by the client
Remaining unpaid instalments are due as agreed regardless of the client's decision to discontinue the project mid-way.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES & INFORMATION ACCURACY
The quality and accuracy of every deliverable depends directly on the information provided by the client.
The client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information about their business, goals, and market
- Responding to requests for information, feedback, and approvals within the agreed timeline
- Ensuring all assets, access, and materials provided are accurate and up to date
All research, strategy, and recommendations are based entirely on the information presented by the client. Haya Digital Craft processes, studies, and applies this information with full professional diligence. However, if the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading — Haya Digital Craft bears no responsibility for outcomes that result from that inaccuracy.
Timeline delays caused by late client responses, missing information, or delayed approvals will extend the project timeline accordingly. No refund will be issued for delays caused by the client.
6. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS
All marketing strategy, conversion optimization, CRO, customer journey mapping, content strategy, and copywriting services are based on:
— Professional expertise and years of hands-on experience — In-depth market research and analysis — Industry best practices and proven frameworks — Data and information provided by the client
Marketing and conversion results are influenced by multiple factors outside of Haya Digital Craft's control — including but not limited to market conditions, platform algorithm changes, client-side execution, budget, timing, and audience behavior.
AB testing, CRO strategies, and customer journey improvements are built on research, expertise, and best practice — not guaranteed outcomes. No specific result, revenue increase, conversion rate improvement, or sales figure is guaranteed or implied.
Haya Digital Craft commits fully to the quality, depth, and professional standard of every deliverable — and to the genuine pursuit of the best possible outcome for every client.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
All client information, business data, and project details shared with Haya Digital Craft are treated with complete confidentiality. This information is used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed service.
8. AMENDMENTS
Haya Digital Craft reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated to active clients and published on the website. Continued engagement with Haya Digital Craft after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
